Armenian Summer Games

 

Eligibility Guidelines

 

  1. The following persons may qualify to participate in the W.A.A.A. Armenian Summer Games:
  1. Any person with at least one parent of Armenian descent.
  2. The spouse of a person of Armenian descent
  1. A protest of Eligibility of an Athlete must be submitted in writing (with substantial facts of ineligibility) to the Sport Coordinator or a W.A.A.A. Director.

 

  1. The Protested Athlete and Coach will be notified that there is a protest filed on that particular athlete.

3A.     If time allows, a determination will be made before the team or the athlete participates, otherwise, the following will occur:

If the athlete is playing following the notification of the protest and is found not eligible, all team members and the team itself of the protested athlete will be stripped of all awards and standing, and will not be allowed to participate the following year.

  1. The protested Athlete can nullify the protest with clear identification and facts of eligibility which may include but is not limited to:

A valid Driver’s License

A birth certificate

Passport (s)

A Military Identification

Any other documentation which the athlete deems appropriate

  1. Name, Address, and Phone number of the Protester and Protested will be necessary.

 

  1. Violation of any of the guidelines above may subject a Participant and/or team to immediate disqualification from these games.
